DAY 1, Maputo

On arrival at Maputo airport, you will be met and transferred to your comfortable accommodation close to the centre of the city. We enjoy a delicious lunch before an afternoon tour of lively Maputo, to visit its famous buildings and markets. This evening you can take dinner at one of the many restaurants in the city and soak up Maputo’s welcoming Afro-Portuguese vibe.

DAY 2, Inhaca Island

Today we travel across Maputo Bay by boat, to beautiful Inhaca Island for a day at leisure on the island. Take forest walks, lay on the beach or go swimming and snorkelling in the warm Indian Ocean.

DAYS 3 - 4, Maputo

Today is free for your own optional excursions. Take to the beaches near the city, enjoy game driving excursions or dive into the markets for bargain souvenirs . Tonight offers your final chance to drink in the colour, character and sumptuous cuisine of the city before your airport transfer the following morning.
