Day 1 - 2, Victoria Falls
Victoria Falls, a World Heritage Site, is one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world. The Zambezi river, which is more than 1.7 km wide at this point narrows and plunges noisily down a series of basalt gorges and raises an iridescent mist that can be seen more than 20 km away. We explore this natural wonder from the Zambian side of the 'falls'. We fly into Livingstone from Johannesburg and are transferred to our hotel, the Zambezi Sun (or similar). A stones throw away from the 'falls' this resort has restaurants, a large swimming pool, casino, cycle hire and much more. Arriving around lunch time, the rest of the day is yours at leisure. Your tour price includes unlimited access to Victoria Falls and Zambezi cruises.
Day 3, Chobe National Park
From here we transfer by road to Kasane, on the outskirts of Chobe National Park in Botswana, where we spend two nights. Our time here is spent on 4x4 game drives and game cruises into the local park.
Day 4 - 6, Okavango Delta
We then fly into the heart of the Okavango Delta to explore the myriad of waterways in traditional dug out canoes, and walk in search of wildlife on different islands in this unique ecosystem.
Day 7, Kasane, Livingstone, Johannesburg
On day seven you fly back to Kasane for your road transfer to Livingstone in time to connect with your flight to Johannesburg.
