A unique opportunity to get up close to two of Africa's most engaging members of the 'Big Five' while enjoying the magic of Victoria Falls.

Day 1 - 2, Victoria Falls, Livingstone
Upon arrival in Livingstone you are transferred to your Zambezi riverside resort. You have time to unwind before making your way onto the gangplank from the restaurant terrace to board our two tiered boat for a sunset cruise on the mighty Zambezi River. A free bar and buffet await us on board as we meander up and down river hoping to spot animals on the river banks. If we are lucky we will see elephant, hippo, crocodile and even the occasional rhino before a beautiful sunset makes a wonderful end to a magic introduction to this area. The following day we get the chance to interact with the largest land mammals on earth, elephants. We spend about an hour with these gentle giants as we walk with them through African bushveld witnessing their movement and behaviour. If we are lucky we may even see them bathe in a waterhole on the banks of the Zambezi River.

Day 3 - 4, Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe
Today we are transferred over the Livingstone Bridge straddling the Batoka Gorge and into Zimbabwe. Our beautiful tented camp situated a short drive from town is where we have the opportunity to interact with another one of Africa 'Big 5' - lion. There is a group of lion cubs that range from three to 16 months of age and offers guests an unparalleled experience into the behaviour of this threatened African species. The "walking with lions" encounter is an opportunity to interact with two or three cubs for up to an hour and a half. The lions are unrestrained and roam free as you join them on a walk through riverine vegetation and African bush on the banks of the Masuwe River. The encounter is fully supervised and professionally managed by an experienced and qualified team who has been working with lions for over 20 years originally at Gweru's Antelope Park. The following day you have the whole day to explore Victoria Falls or engage in various activities on offer here. Our last dinner in Zimbabwe is at 'The Boma', an African themed restaurant specialising in local foods and game meats.

Day 5 - 6, Victoria Falls, Zambia
We return to waterfront resort in Zambia where we have another day to take up activities that we may have booked previously or simply relax on the restaurant verandah overlooking the Zambezi River. The following day you are transferred to the airport for you onwards journey.

NB: The Zambezi sunset cruise departs between 3pm - 4pm (approximately). Please ensure your flight arrives in plenty of time to enjoy this experience
