Day 1, Zanzibar, Nungwi Beach
On arrival at Zanzibar Airport or port you will be collected and transferred to Nungwi on the north coast of the island passing through rural villages, tropical rainforest and fruit and spice plantations en route. On arrival, check into your pretty bungalows located close to the beachfront. The remainder of the day is free to relax on the palm-fringed beach. There are plenty of restaurants and bars located on the beach so sit back, put your feet in the sand and enjoy the allure of the Indian Ocean.

Day 2 - 3, Zanzibar, Nungwi Beach
The next two days are yours to explore the wonderful beaches, nearby craft markets and visit the old Slave Caves - used many years ago to hide slaves when the trade became illegal. Diving and snorkelling are excellent in these parts with a huge array of colourful tropical fish flitting around the reefs and many travellers are lucky enough to swim with dolphins. There are plenty of options for your evening entertainment, from the rustic bamboo bars to bare foot restaurants serving the catch of the day. However you choose to spend your time, you can be sure that the scenic beauty and friendly locals will make your island getaway an unforgettable experience.

Day 4 - 5, Zanzibar, Stone Town
We make our way back to the capital of Zanzibar, to our accommodation which is situated in the heart of Stone Town on the picturesque seafront. The handy location enables you to explore the winding alley way, cobblestone streets which characterises this busy but charming place. At night venture into the nearby 'night markets' to sample freshly caught shellfish perfectly barbecued, or that special souvenir to take home as a memento of your stay here. The following day you are transferred to the airport or port where your tours finish.
